MR. STUART GLASBY

Mr. Glasby, President, graduated from Ursinus College in 1965, and joined his father in H.S. GLASBY & SONS, INC. in 1971 after having served almost five years in the United States Navy as an intelligence officer and military analyst. They worked together with Stu's brother, Herb, expanding the manufacturer's representative agency to represent a number of principals in the cold heading, screw machining, and metal forming industries in Middle Atlantic States.

In 1998, Stu, after some encouraging support from one of his principals and Harley Davidson, a major customer, brought together two partners to form a subsidiary of the agency, SUPPLIERS' SERVICES, INC. (SSI) to provide value added manufacturing and quality engineering services to the Glasby customer base and the major client. SSI's primary focus has been to assist small and medium sized manufacturers to achieve compliance with ISO 9000-2000, QS 9000 and other industry-specific quality system requirements.

MR. EDWARD HOEHN

Mr. Hoehn holds professional certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) in the fields of Quality Engineering, Reliability and Auditing. He has successfully completed ISO-9000 Lead Assessor training as certified by RAB. For thirty years he has held positions in Inspection Supervision, Quality Engineering Management and most recently as Director of Quality Assurance with a premier supplier of mechanical, electro-mechanical and electronic devices. He established, implemented, maintained and directed a quality system that consistently met the requirements of the Department of Defense, NATO, the Federal Drug Administration and certified the ISO-9002 Quality Standard. This includes maintaining a supplier base which assures compliance to the above requirements. He personally authored a response to and was successful in his employer being awarded the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce "Quality Achievement Award" which is based on the Malcom Baldridge criteria. He is an active instructor with the ASQ in Statistical Process Control, Blueprint Reading, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Inspection and Gaging, Internal Auditing and a detailed course to prepare candidates for the ASQ Certified Quality Auditor program.
